Global Offshore Services BV was incorporated in November 2010 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Offshore Services Ltd, India with the main purpose of catering to the vessel requirements in Brazil, Africa and the North Sea . Subsequently in the year 2012 ,S1 Offshore Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of DVB Bank ) invested equity in the Company. S1 Offshore presently owns approx 32% of the Company.
